By participating in the Holy Cross Church, Bobbington Tractor Run, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. Participation at Own Risk
All participants acknowledge that they are taking part entirely at their own risk. The organisers,
marshals, and volunteers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property
occurring during the event.
2. Vehicle Requirements
Tractors must be roadworthy and in safe mechanical condition.
All vehicles must comply with legal requirements including tax, MOT (if applicable), and insurance.
Drivers must ensure their vehicles are legally allowed on public roads.
3. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for their vehicle.
Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving
ability.
Drivers are responsible for the safety of any passengers they carry.
4. Compliance
All participants must follow the Highway Code and any instructions given by event marshals.
Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the event without refund.
